Originally from Belarus, Yarik Kryvoi is actively engaged in nonprofit projects supporting the study of Belarusian history and society as well as the transition of the country towards the rule of law and good governance.
Professor Kryvoi is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Belarusian Studies and Belarus Digest.
He also acts as a trustee of the Francis Skaryna Belarusian Library and Museum in London and is engaged in initiatives which facilitate greater involvement of the Belarusian diaspora in civic education and reforms in Belarus.
